SHIPPING POLICY
General Information
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur though reputed courier services. For pin codes not covered by said courier services, the delivery will be made via Speed-post. Please allow us the following number of days from receipt of your order:
For Domestic
Via Courier: 3-5 business days
Via Speed-post: 12-15 business days
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Kilol takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Kilol website is not responsible for damage / shortage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
If you believe that the products are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer care or mail us at shopping@kilol.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts that the replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping & Tracking Details
We will send you an email regarding the order as soon as the items are handed over to the courier company. These alerts, emails and SMSs will contain message about courier company, website details.
Warning
A penalty may be charged if the shipping address is incorrect where in the address and zip / post / pin code do not match. The customer will, without exception bear the cost of any such charges and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address and postal codes are correct.
Please Note: In the event of re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay reshipping charges.
