RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation
In case you have placed an incorrect order and you want to cancel it, you can request cancellation at Customer Service at +91-141-4017693 or mail us at shopping@kilol.com with your order number and details.

For a cancellation order placed, you will be accredited with full refund through online mode of payment. Cancellation requests will be accepted before the dispatch of the merchandise only, the deadline for which is 1700 IST, within 24 hours of placing your order. The refund shall be processed within 15 days of request and will also depend on the issuing Bank's policy.

Return
For returning an order that you have already received, please contact Customer Service at +91-141-4017693 or mail at shopping@kilol.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Never send back an item without consulting with us. It is very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us as no credit or replacement shall be given on a returned item, which has not been verified with us. Always report any and all problems associated with the item you wish to return. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original tags and with the return / exchange authorization number clearly written on the parcel for a refund or an exchange.

For a return requested on an order, you will be issued a credit note, which will be redeemable at www.kilol.in.

Courier charges will not be refunded in case of returns. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on used products. Kilol is not responsible for damage after the product has been used. Please allow one to three weeks from the day we receive your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your request is complete.

All disputes subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction - Rajasthan - India.
